3) Developing the language and understanding of multiple intelligences, and helping both staff and pupils to raise levels of IQ, EQ & SQ.

We recognise the need to support young people as they learn to cope with issues and challenges that occur in their lives, and develop the skills and attitudes to promote good, healthy relationships. But are we as familiar with the development of spiritual intelligence for both ourselves and our pupils? How do we teach the values that can improve the school ethos and atmosphere?

At 3DI we offer a unique view on how we can ensure that each of our intelligences are valued and encouraged within the life of a school.

Using Quality Circles to improve the ethos and culture of the school.

Are staff as well as pupils emotionally and spiritually supported? Communication and sharing is a crucial element within schools.

At 3DI we advocate ‘quality circles’ that make a difference to the way a school is managed and how it performs. Parents, governors, teaching staff, whole school staff meetings can work effectively using the Quality Circle model. In the classroom and in the staffroom we need to ensure that every individual has a voice and knows they are being listened to.

The development of the ethos and culture of a school is vital. Using the three dimensional model of multiple intelligences
