4) Understanding human values and their relationship to spiritual intelligence.

A core set of values is at the heart of every school and indeed every human being. By structuring a cohesive whole school approach to a Human Values framework, you can ensure that there are shared values, owned and understood by all.

Through understanding and practicing human values there is an emphasis on the positive rather than reactive and coping strategies. This is at the core of the work that 3DA can offer your school.

Being positive, looking at feelings and sharing a set of values will provide enrichment for the whole school community which needs to be reiterated throughout the school day and in every aspect of school life.
