6) Developing collaborative learning, peer support and social intelligence.

How many times during the school day do your children and young people have opportunities to work collaboratively? How many opportunities are there for paired and group learning? Are there opportunities to share and review writing?
As adults, we constantly support one another with redrafts and sharing of ideas.

At 3DI, we believe that this is an integral part of learning and we can support you in ensuring that there are clear processes for enabling this to happen with your students that go beyond the traditional plenary session of individual lessons.

Peer support, mentoring and mediation can make a significant difference to the behaviour and wellbeing of your students. 3DI can support you in training and developing your students in these key aspects of peer support.

We can also review your processes for developing social and emotional aspects of learning to ensure that school staff, parents, carers and students are all familiar with the key components of social intelligence.
